Since 2007 this image depicting the harmony of the spirit of the wolf and dragon, has been a licensing favorite and best seller in various categories.

This dragon is a hybrid of both wolf and dragon. It resides in snowy cold climates and appears rarely, manipulating properties of the elements. Its companions are wolves and the realm of humans. This dragon was orphaned by a natural disaster that left its wing broken unable to fly. A pack of timber wolves saw the essence of peace and strength within it’s eyes and adopted the young dragon. In time it grew and became the ultimate alpha learning the ways of Moonsong and the song of the winter solstice. They are the song bearers who provide the delicate song of transition when a life force passes into the next realm. Created by 45 yr career fantasy and game illustrator Ed Beard Jr of Magic The Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons, Tolkien Lord of the Rings fame.
