Sarah Richter’s gothic artwork “Empire of Death” depicts a sleeping vampire girl resting in an old stone coffin adorned with beautiful carvings. Her orange cat sleeps peacefully beside her. After a nocturnal prowling through the city, she now rests in her underground vault in the forgotten catacombs of Paris, where flickering candles, ivy and the skeletal remains of her victims keep her company. |
